What is a microbrewery?   By definition, a small beer producer that serves local or regional markets.  They must produce less than 15,000 barrels annually. Currently there are over 1600 microbreweries in the United States alone.   

But when the history of the Microbrewery is put to paper, and many experts agree that this is the golden age of the Micro’s, Bee Creek hopes to stand taller than the rest.
